personalisedsong.ae is a fully digital product. No physical item is shipped. Your personalized song is delivered via email as an audio file (and/or download link).

Delivery Timeframe

• Songs are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of order confirmation and receipt of all required details.
• During high-demand periods (holidays, festive occasions), delivery may take slightly longer — any delays will be communicated via email.

Delivery Method

• Your song will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox within the delivery window.
• Double-check your email address at checkout — we are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email address entered by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If you haven't received your song within the stated timeframe, contact us immediately at support@personalisedsong.ae with your order number, and we will investigate and resolve promptly.
