Welcome to personalisedsong.ae. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us

personalisedsong.ae offers personalized, custom-composed songs created digitally based on customer-submitted details, delivered via email.

2. Orders

  • By submitting an order, you confirm that all details provided (names, story, occasion) are accurate and that you have the right to share any personal information about third parties (e.g., a partner's or family member's name) included in your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or inappropriate content requests.

3. Delivery

  • Songs are delivered digitally via email, to the email address provided at checkout, within the timeframe stated in our Delivery Policy.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the email address entered is correct. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Upon delivery, you receive a personal-use license to the song for private, non-commercial purposes (sharing with friends/family, personal social media use).
  • We retain underlying rights to the melody/composition style and reserve the right to use anonymized or non-identifying elements of the work for promotional/demo purposes unless you opt out by emailing support@personalisedsong.ae.
  • Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of the song without written permission is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate under UAE law.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AED and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under UAE law, personalisedsong.ae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
