Refund & Cancellation Policy
At personalisedsong.ae, every song is a custom-made, personalized digital product created specifically for you based on the details, names, and story you provide at the time of order.
No Refunds on Completed Orders
Because each song is uniquely created for the customer and cannot be resold or reused, we do not offer refunds once production of the song has begun. This is consistent with standard practice for bespoke/made-to-order goods under UAE consumer protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection), which recognizes that customized goods made to a consumer's specifications are generally not eligible for return once work has commenced.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing the order, before production begins. To cancel, email support@personalisedsong.ae immediately with your order number.
- Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Revisions
- If the delivered song contains a factual error directly caused by us (e.g., a name misspelled that was correctly provided by you), then only we will provide one free revision.
- Revision requests must be made within 30 minutes of delivery via email to support@personalisedsong.ae, quoting your order number.
- We are not obligated to revise songs based on subjective taste (e.g., "I don't like the tune/voice") since the style is generated per the options you selected at checkout.
Non-Delivery
- If you do not receive your song within 7 Days window (see Delivery Policy) and it is not due to incorrect details provided by you, you are entitled to a full refund or re-delivery, at our discretion.
How Refunds Are Processed (where applicable)
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
